Italian Design: “tri” by Ovetto - yup it’s a trash can;… that is however nicely designed, offering 3 compartments for trash, paper, recycling and a handy bottle-squeezer function.
Not sure about its “practicability”…but hey…it it looks this great :-)

The Blancaneaux Lodge in the Maya Mountains of Belize is a project of movie director Francis Coppola and his wife. The 20-room resort offers the comfort of spacious villas or cozy cabanas. Low-profile, environmentally sound designs, thatch, hardwoods, pine, and bamboo, along with regionally produced tiles were used.
It is self-sustaining in energy: A hydroelectric scheme harnesses the energy of Privassion Creek, with any excess used to heat the hot pool at the Waterfall Spa. Because of the design of the rooms, air-conditioning isn’t needed.
The lodge’s garden provides almost eighty percent of the produce from the three acres of vegetables and herbs, plus fruit and nut orchards.

The “Town Hall Hotel” occupies the walls of an Edwardian Grade II listed building (built 1910 - 1937), the old Bethnal Green Town Hall, at London’s East End. Added was a modern extension by rare architects Michel da Costa Gonçalves and Nathalie Rozencwajg.
