Set 1000 ft above sea level on the 140-acre Rabot Estate Saint Lucia, The Hotel Chocolat is on a cocoa plantation. The setting is jaw droppingly beautiful, with tropical rainforest and spectacular views of the majestic peaks of the pitons and plunging valleys.

The Hotel Chocolat opened in 2011, comprising six Cocoa Pod cottages, Club Boucan with a 50 feet long infinity edge black quartz swimming pool, a club bar and the Boucan Restaurant and Bar.

Each of the unique Cocoa Cottages are constructed from local stone and wood and are located in a courtyard setting centred around an old Poincianas trees.
