The Giger Bar, located in Chur as well as the bar at the H.R. Giger Museum, located in the Chateau St. Germain, Gruyeres, Switzerland, are both showcase for alienesque biomechanoids, necronomicons and cavernous, skeletal structures.

H. R. Giger ; born February 5, 1940 is a Swiss surrealist painter, sculptor, and set designer. He won an Academy Award for Best Achievement for Visual Effects for his design work on the film Alien.
