The Torri e Merli Boutique Hotel on Paxoi, Ionian Islands, Greece sits on a hill overlooking Lakka harbour. Its name refers to the Turrets and Crenellations found in the olive groves downhill towards the pretty fishing village’s turquoise bay.

The air is full of perfumes from wild flowers that gave their names to the seven suites of this historic building. The turrets lend an air of enchantment, and romance.
